Are the Hitches for a 2007 Dodge Sprinter with Standard and Step Bumper the Same
Question:
I have a 2007 Dodge Sprinter, 170inch wheelbase with the factory step bumper. Will the Curt C13388 fit if I remove the step bumper? The hitch that works with the step bumper sits too low so Id rather just remove the step. Its hard to tell from the pictures if the bolt patterns are the same. Let me know if you need any more info. Thanks!

Expert Reply:
The trailer hitch options for a 2007 Dodge Sprinter are different for models with the factory step bumper and models with the standard bumper. The two are not interchangeable so if you have the factory step bumper then you'll need the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13358 or if you have the standard bumper then you'll need the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13388.
