Fits snugly. Does not hang below other parts of the undercarriage chassis. Relatively easy install by myself, using box to support opposite side. Trimmed panel fit perfectly. Best part is it maintains the foot auto rear hatch function. Instruction video perfect!i. Used Tekonsha wiring 118824 and worked slick. Attached relay box with small matchine screw above small cover (see photo) which allows access (if ever needed) to the fuse without pulling side panes off again. Routed trailer wiring out bottom of panel so it stores in the existing side pocket. This is my third hitch from Etrailer. All went in easily!!

This Curt hitch went on my 2023 Sienna with no problem. It would have been a little easier with two people but was possible with just one person. Took about an hour to install in my garage. I drove the back tires onto some boards about 3 inches high to give me a little more room to work.
This hitch works great on my 2021 Toyota Sienna. We use it for a hitch-mount bicycle rack. Easily carries 4 adult bicycles. Installation was very easy, especially with the helpful instructions and video from etrailer.
Quick and reliable shipping and was able to take to my mechanic to get it installed and it works perfectly with my bike rack!
Hitch arrived quickly and was an exact fit for my 2021 Sienna. When we bought the car, I ordered a hitch to be installed by the dealer which I was told would be a 2" receiver. When I picked up the car after installation, it was a 1 1/2 " receiver. At that point I was told that Toyota didn't offer a 2", but this would have the same 3,500 pound rating. I removed the dealer hitch myself and installed the Curt with the help of a four-wheel dolly and some wood shims. Took the dealer hitch back and they refunded me the cost - about twice as much as the Curt! (I did try one of those 1 1/2" to 2" adaptors, but there was way to much slop with the two sleeves)

Awesome product, used this on our 2022 Toyota Sienna Hybrid and it was very easy to install, 4 bolts and you're done. Very solid frame, powdercoat, just a fantastic product. This is the 2nd one of these I purchased, the first was for a 2006 Lexus 330 but that engine fried so I bought a new van and needed a new hitch.
If you go fast over a big bump or down a steep driveway the bottom of the hitch frame or hitch itself can rub on the ground a bit but that's simply the low ground clearance of the van nothing to do with the product, and it's 1/4 steel so I'm not worried about a few scrapes.
I was concerned the "kick to open" wouldn't work as this covers the sensors a bit but it still works so that was a plus, not a huge fan of the foot sensor but my wife digs it so I'm glad it still works.
I have nothing negative to say, it's a fantastic product!

Still working great, it has a low clearance so sometimes it will grind on some driveways and parking lot exits, but its nothing that causes and issue and does not do any cosmetic damage you can see.

Good product, good staff, and an easy fit.
Fit perfectly, I was able to install with no assistance by supporting it with wood blocks, but a second person would make it very easy. Did not jack up the vehicle, tight but doable. Make sure you take pictures before removing the driver side panel, because there are 2 or 3 different fasteners. I chose NOT to cut and reinstall the panel because there is NOT one on the passenger side. If I ever remove the hitch, I will reinstall it.
I'm a first time etrailer customer. Overall it was an excellent experience. The item was shipped very quickly. I liked being able to read the reviews and watch their youtube videos.
The Curt hitch receiver was so easy to install!
FYI, my local "outdoors/trailer/camping" place wanted to charge me $257.95 for the hitch receiver. They also wanted to charge me $200 for installation. That's $477.94 out the door!!!
Installed it myself and towed my camper from NC to Cali with it! Worked great and held up the whole time!
First off, excellent product and excellent customer service.
I bought a hitch receiver for my last Sienna for a bike rack and was happy with it so shopped here again. I have a 2021 Toyota Sienna Platinum trim, and this year is the first of this generation meaning the old hitch also needed a reboot. This one is easier to install than the last one I got that was almost completely hidden except for the actual receiver. With the new Sienna design the geometry makes this impossible so you see the structural bars connecting it to the van. You just need to take the driver's side panel off and trim it a bit before putting it back on over the hitch.
The bottom of the hitch sits 9-10 inches from the ground which is low but hey, it's a minivan and looking at the underside I don't think it could sit much higher anyway. I got a Meyer 4" drop/rise hitch extension to raise that by 4" which is works great. I did have to use a hacksaw and grindstone drill attachment to trim a corner off so it fit, then spray painted it, but I preferred that to getting one that stuck out even further since any extension is going to add to how far it sticks out the back. I got the this 5-bike Allen rack to go with it, it seemed to be one that again kept the bikes (and therefore the center of gravity) closer to the van compared to others. You also have to buy a 5/8" pin to secure the adapter. I made sure the pin and rack both had locking mechanisms on them to prevent theft.
Overall very happy with the hitch. It's sturdy and simple to install. Its 2" size makes it strong enough to do anything you want to do with it. Do NOT get the Toyota factory hitch- everyone at the dealership though it was a 2" hitch but it is indeed a 1-1/4" and an eyesore. This one looks nice and I would do the whole process over again. Trimming the adapter was the hard part, but it seemed to be the best option for keeping everything from sticking out too far.
Easy to install. One of the corners was slightly bent during shipping and that required me to use a pry bar to align the last two holes.
Took me all of about 25 minutes to install, and that included the very minor trimming of the under panel. Instructions were great.

Fit my 2023 Sienna perfectly. Easy enough to install. Only tricky part is getting the proper torque.
The shipping box arrived damaged on the box corners and there was no padding/protective wrapping around the hitch receiver. There is scratches and scuffs on the receiver paint.

Oh my goodness! I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you. I recommend touching up the hitch with a rust resistant paint like Rustoleum.
Have used etrailer for our hitches two times now, and both times have been seamless! Would recommend to anyone!
Fits like a glove. Easy installation. I’m not going to gripe about what side the panel is that you have to remove. That becomes obvious once you get under the van. The instructions say to remove a 3 x 7 piece of the panel. I removed a 2 1/4 x 6 for a snugger fit. I suggest you measure before you cut. The panel is easy to remove and I was able to cut it with some tin snips. It’s just thick plastic so it’s not hard to cut. It sits about 9 inches off the ground so be aware of the ground clearance after installation.
Great hitch. Installed it my self after cutting away some underbody PL plastic on the driver's side. It is holding up gteat. No rust, no problems.
Trailer hitch receiver fit perfect on the 2022 Toyota Sienna. You have to cut away some of the black plastic splash guard but it came with instructions. I removed it to do the cutout.
