Michael: Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Seaflo through hull drain fitting. This is going to provide an outlet for your live well overflow or an exhaust port for your bilge pump. This will install right through your transom. You can see we've got a nut here and that we will put on, on the other side of the transom and we can tighten it down so it's going to pinch that transom in between there and give us a nice, secure fitting. This is made of a plastic construction so it's going to resist damage from chemicals and salt water exposure, so it should hold up for a nice long time, do a good job for you.You can see it is a nice finish to it, so it's going to look good on the outside of your boat.

It is a white color, so it should blend in with most boats out there and look really nice for you. As far as our dimensions go, this is right about. I'm going to call it two and five eights of in inch, just over two and a half inches, not quite two and three quarters, about two and five eights. Inner diameter, we're looking at right about an inch and a quarter. Then on the backside here, where you're going to put your hose, this is about an inch and a quarter as well.

As far as our overall length, I'm going to say it's right at three and three quarters of an inch, maybe just slightly over that.But overall, I think this is going to be a great option for you to help drain that water out of your boat so you can make sure that it's being as buoyant as possible and you don't have to worry about getting waterlogged. So this is going to be a nice option for those of you who want a nice finish on the outside, going right through your transom. That's going to complete our look for today.
