Weight capacity on the unit is 180 pounds. It simply fits directly into an X track or E track anchor slot. If you have anything with a loop on it, or kind of like a top mounted anchor slot that would fit over this, it would work just fine for those applications as well.Now, one of the neat features about this is once it's installed in the E-Track and when it's not in use, you can lift it up and rotate it to either side. That way it's completely out of the way, so you're going to save space, but also it's going to prevent snagging.
