Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and later, we'll be showing you how to install this Curt custom-fit Class 3 trailer hitch receiver on our 2018 Honda Odyssey. A hitch is a great way to carry extra stuff with you on your Odyssey. Let's say you're going on a road trip, you got the van full up with the kids and you need a place to put everyone's stuff. You could add something like a cargo carrier or maybe like a bike rack to hold you and your family's bikes. My point is, though, with this Class 3 hitch, it's gonna be the most versatile. more

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Installation - 2023 Honda Odyssey

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look at installing the CURT Class Two trailer hitch receiver on a 2023 Honda Odyssey. Now this is what your hitch is gonna look like when installed on your Odyssey, and this is an exposed cross tube, meaning you're gonna see a good portion of the hitch underneath your vehicle, but you do gain definitely the use of a hitch. So overall it kind of comes down to the aesthetic look that you're looking for. There's other ones out there that you can get a hidden cross tube, but this installation is significantly easier. And this one is an inch-and-a-quarter inch receiver tube opening, which means that you're gonna be a little bit limited when it comes to bike racks, cargo carriers, or ball mounts, as the standard is generally a two-inch. more

Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver Installation - 2023 Honda Odyssey

Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2023 Honda Odyssey. The great part is it's a hidden cross tube. A lot of the other hitches for the Odyssey, you can see the entire beam across of the hitch where this one sits up behind the fascia. And the only thing that's hanging out is gonna be the business end of your hitch, which is a 2 inch by 2 inch receiver tube opening. Being 2 inch by 2 inch means that you're gonna have tons of different options when it comes to picking any ball mounts, bike racks, or cargo carriers, as this is kind of the standard size and all of your accessories are gonna stay in place with a 5/8 pin and clip. This is not included with the hitch, but a lot of times when you pick up accessories they'll have those included. more

Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Installation - 2022 Honda Odyssey

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2022 Honda Odyssey and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'mma show you how to install the CURT class three two inch hitch receiver. Now, a few of the reasons why you would want to put a two inch hitch receiver on your Honda Odyssey is that if you wanna pull a small trailer you can hook up a ball mount to your Honda Odyssey hook up to a trailer and pull it on your trips a cargo carrier to get some of that bulky items out of the back of your car and onto the cargo carrier. Or if you're wanting to carry bikes to and from the trail you can put a bike rack on here. Easily carry four or five bikes outside of the vehicle and get 'em to and from the trail safely. This hitch receiver's gonna come with integrated safety chain loops so that you can get your safety chains correctly hooked up to your vehicle so that in the occurrence of a unlikely disconnect from your trailer your safety chains will sit here and pull so that your trailer doesn't go flying down the highway. more

Hello, neighbors. It's Brad here at etrailer. And today, we're taking a look at installing the CURT trailer hitch receiver on a 2023 Honda Odyssey. Now, this is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed, and the best part about it, it's a hidden crosstube. And that means that all of the hitch is gonna be hidden except for the two-inch-by-two-inch receiver tube opening, so you maintain a nice, clean look, but you still get the usability of your hitch. And being that it is a two-inch-by-two inch means you have tons of options when it comes to bike racks, cargo carriers, or ball mounts. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at installing the etrailer trailer hitch receiver on a 2023 Honda Odyssey. Now this is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed and this is an exposed cross tube and a rather large one. So you are gonna see the majority of the hitch below the rear fascia. But honestly, the usability of a hitch I really think outweighs the look that it might detract from. And this one being a matte black powder coat finish, I kinda like the stealthy look of it. Now, being a two inch by two inch receiver tube opening means that you're gonna have tons of options when it comes to ball mounts, bike racks and cargo carriers. more

The receiver is gonna be pretty obvious there at the back, but it's tucked up under nicely. So it really doesn't detract from the looks of the vehicle. It's a Class III two-inch by two-inch receiver, so it's gonna be great for all of your towing needs, whether you're wanting to use it for accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers, or if you're wanting to get a little bit of work done and pull a trailer like a utility trailer, or maybe for recreational purposes like a jet ski trailer or some kayaks. more
