So you kind of know where you're at, when you're going off-road in a rock climbing, but we still can use this to get an idea of how our suspension feels. Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the Roadmaster Active Suspension System here on our 2018 Ford F1-50. So with our RAS kit here, we do have two options. We have the standard duty model, which has a 2000-pound weight capacity. And we have the heavy duty model, which has a 3000-pound weight capacity. The correct one for you is really gonna come down to what you're towing and how often. If you have a car hauler trailer that you travel across country every day, that's what I would probably recommend the HD version or if you just simply have a really heavy trailer that's close to the capacity of your truck. more

Hey, everybody, how's it going Today, we're going to be going over and showing you how to install the Air Lift LoadLifter airbags here on our 2019 Ford F-150. So, airbags are going to be a great option for your F-150 here if you find yourself to be doing a lot of towing or hauling. So, the reason we might need airbags is when we have a heavy load in the bed of our truck, or you have a trailer coupled, the rear end of the truck is actually going to sag down a little bit due to that weight. Now that rear end sag, it's going to cause a number of different problems. So aside from just looking funky, no one necessarily wants the rear end of their truck to be sagging lower than the front, but something that a lot of people don't realize, and you really wouldn't actually know this until you got in your vehicle, and you started towing, is that the reduced stopping power we're going to have when the rear of our truck is squatting down there is actually quite significant. Now, the reason it affects our braking is because the majority of our braking force is going to be on the front axle. more

So here's what the factory jounce springs look like, and here's what our SumoSprings look like. And right away, we can tell there's quite a drastic difference. So the first thing you're gonna notice is the size. These SumoSprings are gonna be much larger, therefore you're gonna have a greater contact area with the surface. And number two, now it's kind of hard to see 'cause we don't have the factory springs installed, but the SumoSprings are gonna be engaged constantly, whereas the factory jounce springs here, they wouldn't be engaged necessarily right away unless we we're loaded pretty heavy, or we we're obviously hitting a pothole or the body was shaking there on the chassis. more

And I wanna walk you how to install a torklift, stable load suspension enhancement with quick disconnect for your overload spring. You've obviously towed a vehicle or towed trailers in the past, and you have felt some of the effects that a vehicle has that doesn't have suspension enhancement. For instance, body roll, sway and porpoising. Porpoising is when the vehicle bounces and it takes a little bit for it to settle. more

Hi there GMC owners, Tundra 2021 GMC Sierra 2,500. We're gonna be installing Firestone's ride-rite air helper springs. Before we put our airbags on we are gonna hit the test course just so we can get a baseline of how the truck feels. Gonna head and load it up and we're gonna hit our uneven bump section first here. This is gonna simulate a pothole. And when we hit the bump, we can feel it does got kind of a bump to it. more

Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System Installation - 2020 Ford F-150- Video
Hi, there F-150 owners, there in your 2020 F-150, we're gonna be taking a look at, and showing you how to install Timbren rear suspension enhancement system. Before we install our suspension enhancements, we wanna get this just a couple of baseline measurements so we can see how our factory suspension was supporting weight, versus our new suspension is gonna support the weight. So first we're gonna start unloaded, just get a quick idea of how our ride height is. We're at about 40 inches here in the rear, and we're at about 37 and three quarter in the front. So we're gonna go ahead and load it down, recheck those measurements. So now we've got our suspension loaded up. more
