Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the Weigh Safe line of 180 hitch two ball mounts. These are available for multiple size hitches in different rise and drop combinations.Now, to find the right drop that you're going to need you'll start by measuring the inside top edge of your receiver tube opening down to the ground, and you'll record that measurement. Then you'll use your trailer jack and level out your trailer, and you'll measure to the bottom of the coupler here. That difference figure is going to be the drop that you need. If this is at 21 and if our trailer, the bottom edge of the coupler here is at 17, we'll know we need 4 inches of drop. You want to measure all the trailers that you have and make sure that you buy a ball mount that has the right drop or rise for your configuration.Now, having a fully adjustable ball mount like this really makes towing and hauling much safer. more

Today we're gonna take a look at the Action Accessories Ball Mount for a two-inch hitch, with the 14-inch drop, and a 10,000 pound weight capacity. Now, this ball mount will let you hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle. The shank portion right here is what will slide into your hitch receiver opening. Draw-Tite Ball Mount Review 2753- Video

Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Draw-Tite 4 inch drop or 2 3/4 inch rise ball mount. Part number is 2753. We've got a 4 inch drop where you can rotate it over into a 2 3/4 inch rise to help you cover different bases. This is a hollow shank, so we're not so worried about it being really heavy, and a 3/4 inch wide ball mount platform, and the hole for the ball shank itself, that's going to be 1 inch. The ball mount itself is rated for 750 pounds of tongue weight, so that's the maximum downward force we can put down on top of the ball, and it's 7,500 pound gross trailer weight rating, so that's going to be the total weight of your trailer and anything that you load up. You'll want to go off the 7,500 pounds as a maximum unless your car is rated lower. Check your owner's manual, see what your car's tow rating is, and follow whichever of those numbers would be the lowest. The ball mount will be ideal for lots of different applications, your medium and light duty trucks, SUVs, vans, cars. more
