TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Installation - 2023 Ram 3500- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look and installing the TorkLift Super Hitch Magnum Class Five Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2023 Ram 3500. Now, this is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed on your Ram, and this one is definitely a little bit different looking than a typical hitch. Overall, it's a little bit bigger, and that's because it is extremely heavy duty. But probably one of the first things that you notice is the dual hitch receiver design, and that's kind of for a few different reasons. So on the bottom, you have a two inch, and on top, you have a two and 1/2, which is really nice. So depending on if you already had a two and 1/2 inch ball mount, you can use that. more

It provides you with a two inch by two inch receiver, which is going to be great for all of your towing needs, especially with the extra duty that this CURT hitch has available to it. So if you've got a flat bed truck loaded up with heavy duty work equipment, this hitch is going to be a great option if you need to get that to the next job site. It uses a five eighths inch hitch pin and clip. Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Installation - 2019 Ram 3500- Video
Hi there, Ram owners. Today we're going to be taking a look at and showing how to install Draw-Tite's Ultra Frame Class 5 trailer hitch receiver. This is for our 2019 Ram 3500 cab and chassis model. It bolts directly to the bottom of the frame and provides you with a 2" by 2" receiver here at the back. It's going to be great for all of your towing needs due to its extremely high durability and weight capacities. It offers a 1,500 pound tongue weight, which is the force going down on top of the receiver, which should be more than enough for your medium and larger size trailers. more

TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Installation - 2018 Ram 3500- Video
Today on our 2018 Ram 3500, we're going to be installing Torklift's, class five, two inch, superhitch, original trailer hitch receiver. It's a class five, two inch by two inch receiver, and it's going to work in conjunction with your factory hitch just below it, so you can use to accessories. You going to haul a trailer and put a bike rack in one, or you could put a cargo carrier in one with the bike rack, and it works especially well with the torklift super trust, so if you have a camper on the back of your RV but you still want to pull something, you'll need to extend it out in order to make that connection.The super trust is going to provide that extension for you, and give you all the support you need to haul your trailer. It uses a five eighths inch, hitch pinning clip. Two pins come included with the hitch, as well as a sleeve, to convert your factory hitch into a two inch receiver. Since our new hitch uses the existing safety chain loops, there are some provided on the new hitch, and there's a nice large opening so it should accommodate most safety chains.It features a 1700 pound tongue weight, that's the force going down on top of the receiver. more

TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Installation - 2015 Ram 3500- Video
Today on our 2015 Ram 3500, we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the TorkLift SuperHitch Original. This is a custom fit Class V trailer hitch receiver offering the 2" x 2" receiver tube opening. It's part number is TLD1108.Now, here's what our SuperHitch is going to look like installed. As you can see, this is going to give us that dual receiver opening that we need for that SuperTruss system. Not only is it a great looking hitch, it has a really nice finish on it, also has a really good capacity. The tongue weight rating or the maximum downward force we can put here at the receiver tube opening is 1,700 pounds, and it gives us a gross trailer weight rating of 17,000. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2011 Ram 3500 - Curt- Video
Today on our 2011 Ram 3500, we will be taking a look at and installing the Curt Custom Fit Class V Extra Duty Receiver Hitch, part number C15409. Here's what our Curt Extra Duty Hitch is going to look like once it's installed. You're going to see that it going to sit directly below our factory receiver hitch. Whether our vehicle has one or not, It will sit directly below right down like so. Now this is going to have a two-inch-by-two-inch receiver tube opening. That solid-welded design, that's going to be great for adding extra durability. There's welded chain tie-downs on either side with that plate-steel-type design. This receiver hitch is going to have a 5/8 inch pin hole going straight through. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2011 Ram 3500 - Curt C15809- Video
Today on our 2011 Ram 3500, we'll be taking a look at and installing the Kurt 00:00:05 Custom Fit Class Five Trailer Hitch Receiver. Part number C15809. Here you see our hitch installed. It's going to have that nice black powder coat finish that's going to help prevent any rust or corrosion, as well as be fully welded all the way around with those extra heavy duty gussets down here at the bottom. Plate steel for your chain tie downs with that 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 receiver tube opening and 5/8th inch pinhole going straight through. This receiver hitch is going to be unlike the stock receiver hitch that you see here in the fact that it's going to have a 2700 pound ton weight capacity. That's going to be the maximum downward force you're going to be able to put here on the end of the receiver tip. more
