Today on our 2012 Mercedes GLK 350, we have our Hollywood Racks traveler four bike carrier, part number hr8500. Now we have three straps, two on top, one on the side this is our anti-sway strap. So to pull our bike off we pull our first two off first, you pull down and out. Then we take our anti-sway strap off, but we want to hold on to the bike, just so it doesn't move on us.
