Recommended Footplate For Bulldog 5,000 Lb Jack With 2-1/4 Inch Diameter Outer Tube
Question:
I purchased a BullDog 5000 lb A-Frame trailer jack that has a 2 1/4inch outer diameter shaft. I am looking for a jack foot/plate for it and I can only find them for 2inch diameter jacks. Do you carry a Jack foot similar to Bulldog/BD018098 that will fit the 2 1/4inch Jack? Thank you,

The Bulldog Detachable Footplate with Pin, part # BD018098, you referenced is designed for a 2,000 to 5,000 lb jacks with the inner 2 inch diameter tubing. The diameter of the outer tube on a 5,000 lb Bulldog jack like part # BD178101 is 2-1/4 inches, but the inside diameter of the tube where the footplate inserts should be 2 inches. The outside diameter of the footplate tube measures 2 inches.
This # BD018098 footplate should work well for your jack with the 2-1/4 inch outside diameter leg. I have attached a photo of the footplate with the dimensions noted you can check out.
