Reese doesn't offer an adapter like the Curt # C16210 that would work with your sliding hitch, but there is an alternative that would work for you.
Reese offers the Hi-Rise 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # 9480-5W that would be compatible with your Hide-A-Goose gooseneck hitch. This is a non-sliding hitch that would only be compatible with a long bed truck.
