What style cargo 18 cu.ft box options work with this rack kit RRVA126S-2 RRRLKVA DK323 Im sure there is a KIT number for these all combined as well?

The roof rack designed to fit your 2014 Volkswagen Passat has three numbers because some of the components are used in roof rack systems for other vehicles. one or two of the components can be used for several different models.
The Rhino Rack system you referenced features the Vortex Aero crossbars part # RRVA126B-2, the 2500 series leg kit, part # RRRLKVA, and the custom pads and clamps, part # DK323. I have attached a link to a product review for this roof rack system you can check out. The crossbar spread for this system on your vehicle is 29-1/2 inches.
For a cargo box like the Thule Force XT, part # TH6358B, the minimum crossbar spread is 23-5/8 and the maximum is 35-1/2 inches. This cargo box has 18 cubic ft of space and features a dual-side opening lid that allows you access to the cargo box from either side of your Passat.
If you find the # TH6358B is too large, a smaller box I recommend is the Thule Pulse L, part # TH615. This is a 16 cubic ft box with a crossbar spread between 23-5/8 and 34-3/8 inches. This cargo box features a single-side-opening lid so you can safely load your gear from the passenger's side of your vehicle.
You will want to check your owner's manual or with your dealership to make sure you do not exceed the roof weight capacity for your Passat.
