You have two options for a hitch pin to use with the 20x47 Reese Cargo Carrier # 63155 that you referenced. The first option is a standard hitch pin like the part # PC2 or a locking hitch pin like part # 5200 that will also act as a theft deterrent.
The standard pin and clip will be a little easier to install and remove since it doesn't require you to unlock it when you want to take it out, but I would go with the locking one if it were me because it would help prevent someone from stealing the carrier.
