will the brophy hsab tie downs work with 1998 f150 4wd xlt?

According to CR Brophy, the # HSAB truck bed camper tie-downs should fit your 1998 F150 just fine, as long as it has a standard (not step side) bed it doesn't have a drop-in bed liner, or plastic bed rails.
I'd also recommend the tie down hardware, part # TDHP.
