Roller Bunk Replacement Recommendation for a Boat Trailer with 19 foot Boat

I HAVE A 19 FT BOAT HAS THE OLD ROLLERS THAT HAVE DRY ROT FROM ROLLAR TO ROLLAR ITS 3 INCH APPART

It sounds like you are looking for a new set of roller bunks for your boat trailer. What I would recommend you do is remove the ones you currently have and install the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk # DL21741 in place of them. These are 5 feet long.
For brackets you may also want the part # DL21742 depending on how your trailer is currently set up.
If you are looking for a set of guide-ons the part # CE27660 that you referenced as long as your trailer frame isn't larger than 3 by 4-1/4 inches.
