What C Channel Trailer Frame Size Will the Reese Round Bar Strait-Line Hitch with Shank Work On
Question:
I am interested in purchasing the Straight-Line 1200 round bar load leveler. Can you tell me what the maximum frame width is that it will accomodate? I have a 12,000 c-channel trailer, I will need to measure the width on my frame. I would imagine it should fit, but I just want to verify before ordering.

The Reese Round Bar Strait-Line Hitch with Shank, item # 66088, lift up brackets will not fit channel frames wider than 2-1/4 inches. As long as your C-Channel frame is no wider than 2-1/4 inches you should not have any problems with the installation.
Along with this system you will need a properly sized and rated hitch ball with a 1-1/4 inch shank. I have listed a couple that may work for you below.
