The Curt Hitch part # C12115 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your 2015 Cadillac XTS so I would recommend it for you. It has a concealed cross tube so it would be mainly out of plain sight. Check out the install video I attached.
For trailer wiring you would want part # C59496, ball mount # C45017, 1-7/8 inch ball # 19256, 2 inch ball # 19258.
