The Curt custom-fit 5th wheel installation kit for your 2015 Chevrolet 2500 Crewcab with 6-1/2-foot box is their part # C16411-204. This custom kit will install without frame drilling using existing holes and included hardware. These industry-standard base rails will work with 5th wheel hitches from Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky.
An installation video and the written instructions are linked for your reference. This base rail kit will work just fine with the Curt E16 hitch # 16516 that you referenced.
