Options for Long Ball Mount for a 2-1/2 Inch Hitch

You have two options, neither are ideal though. To get an extension 13 inches or more you are going to need to use a Titan Extension like part # RP45292. Only issue here is the minimum this extension this product can give is 24 inches, which may be too much. Then for a ball mount to go along with this extension you would want part # 4280 as this has a 2 inch drop like you requested.
The other option you have would be a ball mount like part # AMSCV-2 which will fit your 2-1/2 inch hitch and has a 2 inch drop except it is only 9 inches long.
