Locking Roof Rack for a 1999 Toyota RAV4 with Naked Roof

Im looking for locking towers for my 99 RAV4. I have a set of two square cross bars that I want to use, so I only need the towers. Id like to get towers with the locking feature. What brands make these kinds of towers for my car? Where can I find them - in-store or online - for a decent price? Thanks for your help!

The issue is that you have to match the bars you have with the proper mounting feet. There aren't a lot of options for locking feet or towers as most manufacturers are moving away from that style completely. There are some but they would not accept all manufacturer square bars.

My recommendation is to upgrade to the Aero style bars. Rhino Rack has an option using the following parts:

Crossbars # RRVA118B-2
Feet # RRRLKVA
Fit kit # DK021

Or you could use SportRack roof rack # SR1002 for a 4-door model of the 1999 Toyota RAV4 or # SR1002 with # SR1116 for a 2-door model.

Any given vehicle requires a certain fit kit and bar length for a proper fit. It is difficult to piece together a roof rack that will fit properly if you try to match different manufacturers.
