Do Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution Systems Come with Safety Chains

Does this product RP66084 come with Safety Chains, or are they a separate purchase?

The Strait-Line weight distribution system # RP66084 only comes with the chains used to hang the spring bars from the brackets. Regular safety chains are not included. I have included a link to all of the safety chains and related parts that we carry.
