Fifth Wheel Mounting Brackets for 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 with 8 Ft Bed

I have a 20,000 lbs reese fifth wheel hitch that I need to move from a 2006 chevy to my new truck 2014 dodge ram 3500 8 foot bed with out factory mounting. can I purchase just the mounting brackets with out the rails and if so what is the part number and cost

In order to determine if there are mounting brackets available for your 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 using the rails from your 2006 Chevrolet, I will need to know what brand of rails you have and whether they are a 4-bolt or 10-bolt. I have attached a picture that shows the two different types of rails.

If unable to use your current rails, we do offer the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Outboard Installation Kit, # RP56010-53. This kit includes the custom installation brackets which dramatically reduce the amount of drilling and time required to install your fifth-wheel trailer hitch as well as the base rails which are compatible with the Reese fifth wheel hitches.
