My voyager box will not allow me to change the brakes. It stays green always. I have a 2007 Chevy 1500 classic body style

I am assuming that by change the brakes you mean they aren't activating when they are supposed to.
I would follow the setup procedure in the installation instructions to the right that I attached. You want to be certain that the controller sensor is properly leveled.
Another possibility is that the red wire (stoplight circuit) of the brake controller isn't attached to the correct circuit securely. You will want to verify that the red wire is securely attached to a circuit that sees voltage only when the brakes are applied and none when released.
Since you have a 2007 Chevy Silverado it is also possible that you are missing a couple of connections under the hood of your truck that need to be made for a brake controller to function. See FAQ to the right for further info.
I attached an FAQ article on brake controller installs for you to check out as well.
