As long as your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee is not an SRT-8 or the diesel model, then you have a few different hitches to choose from. The least visible hitches for your Jeep will be either the Hidden Hitch Class III Trailer Hitch, # 87595 (no longer available), or the Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch, # 75699. Hidden Hitch and Draw-Tite are sister companies, so these hitches are identical. They both have a towing capacity of 5,000 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs and they will not interfere with the dual exhaust. I have attached an installation video and the installation instructions of this hitch for you to check out.
If you plan on doing some towing, then I recommend the Curt T-Connector, # C55515. This harness will connect to the factory harness behind the rear bumper on the driver's side. I also recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit, # 989900, which includes 2 different ball mounts, 2 hitch balls, a pin and clip and a storage bag to keep everything together.
