It looks like your 2014 Jeep Cherokee will have the factory raised side rails so for your application I recommend the Thule WingBar roof rack which uses the following parts:

Please note that your panoramic roof may come into contact with the crossbars when you open it so you'll want to test the position of the bars with your opened roof to ensure the glass isn't damaged.
