Vehicles like your 2006 Honda Odyssey that have a roofline spoiler above the rear hatch can pose a challenge to the fit of some trunk-mount racks. However, the folks at Hollywood Racks have developed a 2-bike carrier designed expressly to work with such vehicles.
The Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 2 Bike Carrier # HRF2, which is shown in the linked video in use on a roughly similar vehicle, features a design that will not place any weight burden on your Odyssey's spoiler. Its design feature a frame that extends up and over the spoiler. The # HRF2 includes hatch anchors for instances where the vehicle does not have a roof rack or roof rails to help support the carrier's weight.
If you wish to secure your bikes to the rack you can use # e98891 and if you will be transporting bikes that lack a horizontal top frame tube, such as women's or kids' bikes, you may want to consider a bike adapter bar such as # HRBA-PRO. These connect between the seat and handlebars posts to provide a level mounting surface to mate with the carrier's arms; they help keep such bikes level for safer ground clearance.
