Does this fender require mounting brackets purchasing for a utility trailer, or are they self-mounting?

You will need to mount the Fulton Plastic Fender with Top Step, item # F008554, using existing mounting brackets or by making mounting brackets to mount the fender. We do carry fender mounting brackets for another style of fender that may work for you. The Galvanized Steel, L-Shaped, Bolt-On Brackets for Plastic, Single-Axle Trailer Fender PF775X21W (pair), item # PF775-BKT-2, is designed for use with the Plastic, Single-Axle Trailer Fender, item # PF775X21W, and does not include mounting bolts and nuts.
