Front Mount Hitch Recommendation for a 2012 Ram 3500 for a Bike Rack

Question:

if i use this hitch with a bike rack will it be to high and in site of drivers view , or do you guys recommend the other hitch 65060 just seems like this one is alot easier to install. I have a 2012 ram 3500 dually diesel.

That's a good question, there is a bit of a trade-off when comparing the front hitches part # 65063 and part # 65060 for use with a bike rack on your 2012 Ram 3500.

You would have better ground clearance from the bike rack and bikes if you went with the # 65063 but you also would have less visibility with this route.

The # 65060 that you also referenced would give you better visibility but your ground clearance would be diminished when compared to the other hitch.

If it were me I would go with visibility and use the # 65063 and just be careful on steep driveways or inclines.
