Why Do ATV Tie Downs Seem to Come Loose After Driving Down the Highway for a Few Miles
Question:
Will these retractable ratchet straps come loose after several miles down the road or will they stay tight for your entire trip

The Erickson Retractable, Ratcheting Tie-Down Straps # EM34416 will not loosen once tightened. The problem you are most likely experiencing is that you tighten your ATV down and then after a few miles the ATV has moved around slightly or settled due to the bumps from the road and now the tie-downs seem loose. This has nothing to do with the tie-downs loosening though.
