Recommendation to Increase 5th Wheel Trailer Turning with a 2014 Ram Mega Cab
Question:
I have a superglide hitch already cant quite make a sharp turn and feel safe. Can I add a trail air pin box and gain a few more inches on my pin would like to see 4 more inches nobody has been able to tell me if the trail air pin boxes are longer?? Ibelieve I have a lipert 1716 pin box

The Ultra Fab TrailAir Pin Boxes like the part # LC158778 that you referenced are all designed to match the dimensions of the pin boxes they replace. So going to one would not gain you any additional extension.
The only option you would have would be to install a Sidewinder pin box. However, Sidewinders aren't compatible with Superglide hitches so you would have to remove that hitch and install a stationary hitch. Which if you have the industry standard rail version of the Superglide you could do that easily by removing the hitch and then getting a hitch like the Reese 16k Hitch part # RP30047.
For the correct Sidewinder to replace your Lippert 1716 pin box you would want the part # RP61412.
