Trimming Rear Fascia to Install a Trailer Hitch on a 2013 Infiniti JX35
Question:
I have a curt Hitch that Im going to install on a JX35. When I cut the Fascia is the cut 2 1/2inch total? So if I mark the center of the Fascia it would be 1.25 each side of center mark making the cut 2 1/2inch wide?

Yes you are correct. From the center you would measure to the left 1-1/4 inches and to the right 1-1/4 inches. The area that needs to be trimmed on your 2013 Infiniti JX35 is 2-1/2 inches by 1-3/8 inches. There is a diagram in the instructions which I have linked for you to the right.
To complete your towing set up I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It includes 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. And for trailer wiring use # C56190KIT.
