Availability of 4-Pole Flat Trailer Wiring Harness for 2015 Honda Pilot
Question:
I just purchased a new 2015 Honda Pilot and I want to be able to tow my small trailer. There is no connector installed and I dont see one on your site. Do you have one that will work on my 2015 Pilot? Also my trailer only has a flat 4 pin connector, do I need a converter to plug into newer 7 pin round connector? Thanks.

We do offer 4-pole flat trailer wiring harnesses for your 2015 Honda Pilot. These will work directly with your trailer's matching 4-pole connector without need for an adapter.
If your 2015 Pilot has the factory tow package then you'll use part # C56170 from Curt. If you do not have the factory tow package the instead you'll use Tow Ready kit # 118558.
We do also offer a range of adapters to allow trailers with one connector to be towed by vehicles that have another type. If you want to add a 7-way socket to your Pilot you can use # 37185 which will simply plug in to the 4-pole. This adapter will carry the same lighting signals that are on the harness to the 4-pole and 7-way connectors included in 37185.
