I would recommend the Draw-Tite Class I Hitch, part # 24787. This hitch is our best selling model for your vehicle.
The hitch has a towing capacity of 2000 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 200 lbs. This means that any trailer cannot weigh more than 2000 lbs and cannot exert more than 200 lbs of downward force on the receiver.
To wire your Accord for the trailer lights, we offer the T-1 Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # 118302.
You do not mention if you currently have a bike rack, you will want to make sure that you choose a bike rack designed for a class I hitch, and that the weight of the bikes and the rack used does not exceed 200 lbs.
