Actually for bumper towing situations suspension enhancement is not the most ideal solution as it will act as a fulcrum point and unload the front suspension of your tow vehicle slightly. These types of systems are better geared for gooseneck/fifth wheel towing or just hauling a heavy load in the bed of the truck.
Instead you would want a weight distribution system. These systems will distribute the weight from tongue weight of your tow vehicle to the front axle.
The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow, this figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached an FAQ on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well.
I also attached a link to an FAQ article on weight distribution for you to check out.
If your boat trailer has a pole tongue you will also need a pole tongue adapter part # RP58393. I attached a page that has all of the surge brake Reese systems that should work for you in case your boat trailer has surge brakes.
