Ultra-Fab Chock and Lock Wheel Stabilizers # UF21-001070 fits a wheel spacing of 1-1/2 inches to 5-1/4 inches, but not 1-3/8 inches.

I recommend using a couple of traditional chocks such as # 337WC1467A. You could put one at the front of the front tire and one at the back of the back tire, or have them both between the tires to prevent tire movement.

To help further stabilize the trailer I recommend using stabilizer jack set # UF48-979004. Each one of the jacks has a 6,000 pound capacity and would help mostly with side to side movement but also will help some with front to back movement.
