It may be possible to install a standard fifth-wheel hitch and a Sidewinder with rotating turret in your pickup and have clearance for turning.
I cannot ensure that this option will work, you will have to measure and determine if there will be clearance so that the trailer loft does not make contact with the cab when making 90 degree turns. Our Sidewinder page (see link) gives directions and a formula on how to measure and determine whether there will be clearance.
If you decide that enough clearance is supplied by the Sidewinder for your setup you will need to order the customer base rails and installation kit, item # RP50081-58, and a properly sized fifth-wheel assembly for your truck and trailer (see link). I have provided links below for you to help decide if the Sidewinder with rotating turret will give you the clearance needed to install a fifth wheel hitch in your pickup.
