Question:
Truck is a 2012 F250 4x4 diesel supercab with the shorter bed Hitch is a Pullrite Superglide Per the install instructions the Drivers side mounting bracket can use the hardware from the side bar of the hitch installed in the bed of my truck. If there is no hitch in the bed then the instructions say to use the supplied 1/2inch bolt. My hitch side bar bolt is 3/4. Will the bracket work with a 3/4inch bolt??

My contact at AirLift confirmed that if your existing 5th wheel installation hardware is 3/4-inch diameter rather than the 1/2-inch supplied with the AirLift kit, you can simply drill out the holes in the AirLift brackets so they will accept the larger hardware in place from your 5th wheel installation.
He assured me that this minor modification will not have any negative effects on the installation.
