Installation of the Draw-Tite 75116 Class 3 Trailer Hitch On a 2006 Mitsubishi Montero

Question:

I have found this same Draw Tite 75116 on 3 other sites and the picture on some show it as a round tube style. One other site shows this model with extra plate with holes to mount a round 6 or 7 pin mount to the hitch next to the receiver. Does this hitch have any of these features?

Drilling is not required for installation of the Hidden Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch, item # 75116. This hitch has a square cross tube and has two mounting flanges welded to the front of the cross tube to reattach the rear fascia to after installation (see instructions). There are no extra plates or holes for mounting electrical connectors. You may be seeing a typical photo on other sites, our photos unless specified otherwise are of the actual hitch. I have listed below some items you may need to complete your towing setup with this hitch including 6-Way and 7-Way connector Mounting brackets.

Wiring # 118380
7-Way Wiring Kit # ETBC7
6-Way Wiring Kit # ETBC6

Pin and Clip # PC3
Hitch Ball # 19260 or # 19247
