I recommend going with the Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack, # UF38-944017. This jack has a 12-volt motor for quick and simple lifting. The lift capacity is 3,500 pounds. By using a jack with a much higher lifting capacity than the tongue weight of your trailer, there is less wear and tear put on the jack's motor.
If you are looking for a more economical option, etrailer offers the etrailer side wind A-Frame Jack, # TJA-5000S-B. This jack gives you a lift capacity of 5,000 pounds. For a foot plate, # JF-99 would work great.
