If you are looking for a 4-bike hitch-mounted hanging bike carrier, the Rola TX-104 4 Bike Carrier, part # 59401 would be a good fit for your 2014 Toyota RAV4. This carrier features 4 soft anti-sway cradles that holds the bikes firmly in place, and has an integrated cable lock to provide bike security.
If you are planning on carrying bikes with alternative bike frames like kids bikes or women's bikes I recommend an adapter bar like part # 64005. This adapter attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem and allows the bike to be carried more evenly in the carrier while providing more ground clearance. I have attached a product review video for the adapter bar you can check out.
If you are interested in a platform-style hitch-mounted carrier for your 2014 Toyota RAV4, I recommend the Swagman Quad 2+2 2-Bike and 4-Bike Carrier, part # S64691. This carrier gives you the ability of using the 2-bike rack, and when needed, simply adding the 2-bike add-on to allow you to carry 4 bikes. This rack comes with a locking hitch pin that will secure the rack to your hitch.
I have attached a link to a product review video you can check out.
