For a fifth wheel installation kit for your 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 with a 5-1/2 foot bed you would want the Reese Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # RP50064-58. The Husky kit part HT31563 that you referenced is not confirmed to fit your vehicle so I would not recommend it for you.
The # RP50064-58 that you referenced is a custom kit that will install in about half the time as a universal kit and will minimize drilling. But for a more economical option you could go with the Reese Universal kit part # RP30035.
Since you have such a short bed you will need to swap the pin box on your trailer for a Sidewinder to give you the necessary clearance to make 90 degree turns. In order to pick out a Sidewinder we need to know the pin box model and number. Once you know that check out the link I attached and scroll down to the chart that has all of the pin boxes listed and the correct Sidewinder replacement.
You will need to use a stationary hitch with the rail kit. For that I would recommend the Reese Fifth Wheel # RP30047.
