We offer a specialty hitch for the F-150 with installed factory hitch that mounts underneath the factory hitch to provide you with dual receivers. This hitch # TLF1005H from TorkLift is shown as fitting 6-1/2-foot bed trucks fitted with factory hitches rated up to 10,500-lbs. It offers a maximum tongue weight of 800-lbs and a maximum towing capacity of 8000-lbs.
We also offer standard 2-inch Class III and Class IV hitches that can replace your factory hitch. The most popular hitch for your F-150 is the Curt Class IV # C14002 that is rated for 1000-lbs tongue weight and 10,000-lbs maximum towing capacity. I have linked a video for this hitch as well as two articles concerning hitch installation.
