Is there any problem in using this tube top adapter on a Damondback ladies bike with a suspension seat post? Can it cause any damage to the suspension internal parts by suspending the weight of the bike using this adapter?

The Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar # Y02531 would no interfere at all with the suspension seat you have on your Diamondback ladies bike. No damage would be caused either.
