I was unable to find information about your 1999 Holiday Rambler wiring. I recommend contacting a Holiday Rambler dealer and checking the owner's manual to determine if there is a plug for a brake controller.
If there is no plug or tow package wiring, you will need to hardwire in your brake controller by using a part # ETBC7 kit, and another 20 feet of part # 10-2-1 wire. If you have a 7-Way plug, you can use about 40 feet of # 10-2-1 wire and a 30-amp circuit breaker, # PK54530. When doing any electrical wiring you will always want to use a circuit tester like part # v to test the wires for function.
I have attached links to a helpful article and a video you can check out.
