Hey Paul,
For a 2024 Ford Bronco Black Diamond the harness is going to vary depending on tail lights. I'm assuming you likely have LED's but we'll also need to see if you have variable voltage wiring. Variable voltage tail lights use the same wire for the brake signal and running lights instead of the standard turn/brake wire setup. To determine if you have variable voltage tail lights you'll need to pull the tail light out to get to the wiring and test wires with a probe tester # PTW2993 in order to see if the same wire powers both the running lights and brakes.
If you do have variable voltage LED tail lights then you'll need the Roadmaster Smart Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Wiring Kit for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RM38FR. If you have variable voltage incandescent tail lights then you'll need # RM26FR instead. If you do not have variable voltage tail lights then you can just use standard diodes, like those included with part # RM-15267.
If you don't have the rest of your flat towing components picked out then I have the following recommendations:
Baseplate: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM92ZR. This is designed to fit the Heavy Duty Ford Modular Bumper. If you've swapped out this bumper for some kind of aftermarket option then let me know and we can see if there's a fit.
Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e74ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables bracketed to the arms so that you won't have to purchase them separately. The shank has a built in drop/rise and a bit of adjustability to help keep it level between the Bronco and motorhome.
Braking System: If the motorhome has hydraulic brakes then you'll want the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. This system has an indicator light to signal when the brakes are being activated in the Bronco that needs to tap into the brake light switch. Since the brake light switch on your Bronco isn't useable you'll need a stop light switch kit # RM68MR (automatic transmission) or # RM-751000 if you have a manual transmission in order to get this signal for the light.
If your motorhome has air brakes then you'll need the Demco Air Force One # SM99243. This will also have an indicator light but activates off of a reed switch so it won't need a stop light switch.
