For your 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour with the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack # SR1002 you are going to set the front tower clamps at 20 and the rear clamps at 19. The center of the front tower is going to mount 7" in front of the door gap with the center of the rear tower mounting 25" behind the center of the front tower.
