You can use a Dexter hub assembly on the ALKO axle provided that the bearing numbers match. You will need to go by the inner and outer bearing numbers on the trailer to find the correct hub and drum.

The bearing numbers of the Trailer Hub Assembly # 8-213-5UC1 that you referenced are 25580 inner and LM67048 outer.
