You will need to verify the size of the grease seal used on your ALKO 5,200LB axle to find the correct hub. The inner diameter will be either 2.125" or 2.250" for the grease seal.
2.125" Inner Diameter Grease Seal
6 on 5-1/2" Hub/Drum Assembly # 8-201-9UC3-EZ
8 on 6-1/2" Hub/Drum Assembly # 8-219-4UC3
2.250" Inner Diameter Grease Seal
6 on 5-1/2" Hub/Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K
8 on 6-1/2" Hub/Drum Assembly # AKHD-865-7-2-EZ-K
