Question:

Our Furrion back up camera was working. Now it has volume but the monitor is blank. We have our headlights on and the blue light is on on the camera

I have a couple things for you to check first since you have power confirmed on both your monitor and the camera of the Furrion # FOS43TASF. First be sure to check the antennas to ensure they are both screwed in and that the internal parts of the antenna did not break off. Next you will want to go into the settings on the monitor to ensure the motion detection, auto off, or auto dim settings weren't changed causing the camera not to appear on the monitor. If all of these look good next you will want to try removing the camera and connecting it to the power supply on your monitor. This allows you to test the connection in the vehicle to help determine if there is something wrong with the antenna or if you may need to have a component replaced.

Thank you for your answer. We cannot do anything with our monitor because it comes on with a white screen. We can’t get a menu or anything to touch.

@Betsy If your monitor will only show a white screen and you are unable to access the menu then your monitor is damaged and is going to need replaced. As Furrion made different versions of the Vision over the years I would need to know the model number off your monitor to determine if a replacement is available for it or if the entire system needs to be replaced.

@Betsy Unfortunately Betsy, the FOS07TADS was one of the older Vision systems so you would have to update your monitor and camera to the new Vision S # FOS07TASF system. This kit includes the 7" monitor with rear camera. We also have the 3 Cameras System # FCE48TASL-07 if you also want the side cameras.
