Ultra Fab Phoenix 4000 jack will not go up or down red light illuminated accessory light comes on

Hey Dallas, thanks for reaching out!
The manual for your Phoenix Electric Trailer Jack # UF38-944040 says the red light will come on during operation if a low voltage situation exists, meaning you need to fully charge your trailer battery.
If the red light is flashing for 3 seconds then that means you have a high amp situation instead and you need to reduce your load, or replace some parts so you'll need to call Ultra-Fab directly (800-860-7571) for servicing options.
